About Me

Before I trained as a therapist, I was often the person others naturally turned to — friends, strangers, even passing acquaintances — to share the things they weren’t telling anyone else. Holding space for others came instinctively. But it wasn’t until I reached a crossroads in my own life that I chose to return to what had always felt like a calling and formalise that natural ability into something I could offer professionally and with intention.

My work is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and the belief that the stories we carry — the ones we’ve been told, the ones we tell ourselves — shape how we see the world and our place in it. Often, these stories begin in early relationships and continue to echo through our self-worth, our partnerships, our inner critics, and our ways of coping.

In therapy, I offer a calm, grounded space where you can bring the full weight of whatever you’re holding — whether it’s confusion, anger, grief, or the deep exhaustion of trying to hold it all together. Together, we’ll gently unpack what’s going on beneath the surface and begin to make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck.

Inside Story Therapy is more than just a name — it reflects my belief that healing begins when we understand the internal narratives guiding us. And from that insight, change becomes possible.

If you’re ready to explore what your story has been and who you might become, I’m here to walk with you.
