About Me

Hello, I'm Jean. and I work as an Integrative Counsellor. I am passionate about helping individuals to live authentically. I offer encouragement and support to navigate conflict, resolve internal struggles, or address mental health concerns. With the Person Centred approach at the core of my training, which believes that we are all capable of change and have the ability to reach self-actualisation.

Life can be overwhelming at times and taking that first step in this process may not seem easy, but rest assured that this is an important step on the journey to healing and recovery.

Training, qualifications and experience:

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor having completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am also a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I stay professionally up to date and remain committed to my personal & professional development by attending relevant courses, workshops and seminars. I hold a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate (DBS) and I am fully insured. I remain committed to my professional development and attend regular supervision.
