Individual
Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is a joint process between counsellor and client. Where you are able to work through

your thoughts, concerns, emotions and situations in a private and secure space.

Working on a one-to-one basis with my clients enables me to be thorough in the understanding of the individual's specific concerns. It also means that I am able to customise my approach to suit the individual and work with someone who may prefer more focused and intense interventions or someone who may require a slower, gentler pace.

Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life.  And while therapy can not promise to provide a cure,  it can provide new insights into aligning feelings and thoughts.  Examining how you may approach your concerns in a different way with someone who is skilled can offer a safe space for you to talk and convey your emotions freely. Giving you the chance to decide who you want to be,  and how you want to connect with yourself and others.
