My Approach
My approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with understanding the inner stories we carry — the ones shaped by early relationships, life experiences, and self-beliefs that continue to echo into the present.
I work integratively, drawing from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT models, as well as mindfulness-based practices. This means I tailor our work to suit your needs — gently exploring patterns and emotions, while also offering structure, challenge and insight where helpful.
Therapy with me isn’t about advice or quick fixes. It’s a collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and uncover the roots of your struggles - whether that’s a harsh inner critic, a sense of not-enoughness, relational difficulties, or unresolved pain from the past.
We go at your pace, and together we make sense of what’s felt overwhelming, confusing, or too much to hold on your own.
